Welcome to Wordflow AI. By accessing our website at wordflow.site or using any of our AI agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Services
Wordflow AI provides custom AI agent solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered phone call agents (inbound and outbound)
- WhatsApp automation bots
- Email automation and follow-up systems
- Appointment booking and scheduling automation
- Lead capture and CRM integration
- Multi-language customer support agents
Services are delivered as described on our website and in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
2. Account and Order Process
To use our services you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to bind your business.
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting your order or contact form.
- Maintain the security of any login credentials provided to you.
Orders are accepted via our website contact form or directly via WhatsApp. Confirmation of your order will be sent via WhatsApp within 1 hour of submission.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Wordflow AI offers the following monthly subscription plans:
- Starter: $100/month — 1,000 AI call minutes, basic features
- Professional: $300/month — 3,500 minutes, WhatsApp + Email, multi-language
- Business: $500/month — 8,000 minutes, full automation suite, CRM
- Enterprise: $1,000/month — Unlimited minutes, dedicated support, white-label
All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date.
🔒 7-Day Free Trial & Refund Policy
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at wordflow.ai285@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions, no delays. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first payment date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 7-day guarantee period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wordflow AI services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Engage in spam, phishing, harassment, or unsolicited communications.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.
- Conduct any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or infrastructure.
- Use the service for any illegal, deceptive, or unethical purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and within our services are owned by Wordflow AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as described. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Business data and content you provide to train your AI agent remains your property. You grant Wordflow AI a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing your services.
7. Service Level and Uptime
We target 100% uptime for deployed AI agents. In the event of any service interruption, we will notify affected clients and provide appropriate remediation. Wordflow AI is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wordflow AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your specific business requirements or that results will meet any particular expectation, though we commit to best efforts and our 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email or WhatsApp with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
